Open work permit stream in Canada for H-1B visa holders in the USA

Under this initiative, H-1B specialty occupation visa holders in the United States can apply for an open work permit in Canada. Additionally, accompanying family members of H-1B visa holders can also apply for temporary resident visas, including work or study permits, fostering a supportive environment for immigrant families.
