Jatin practices primarily in immigration and has assisted many clients across Canada, specifically, helping his clients in appealing various visa refusals to the Immigration Appeal Division and the Federal Court of Canada. He also handles various border matters at the Immigration Division including detentions, removals, inadmissibility, and temporary resident permits. 

Additionally, Jatin’s experience includes temporary resident visas, express entry, federal skilled workers, Canadian experience class, Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program, family class sponsorships, pre-removal risk assessments, and in-Canada humanitarian and compassionate permanent residence applications.
