Charles has a broad civil litigation practice and brings over 20 years of legal experience with him. He has represented individual and corporate clients with resolving a range of contract and tort-based disputes. Charles’ litigation experience includes commercial litigation and arbitration, contract disputes, builders’ liens, estate disputes, shareholder disputes, personal injury claims, and real estate disputes. Charles has conducted numerous trials and hearings before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen’s Bench, as well as arbitrations and mediations.
